Welcome!  We've put our association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of online services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents, forms, and much more.

We're excited about offering online association services and consider the service a valuable amenity for the association. For an overview of the service and a few ideas as to how it can help save you time and get you connected with our community, see below.

Stay Connected: Find the latest scoop on community announcements.

Check Your Account: This service puts your homeowners account information right at your fingertips. You will be able to check your account balance, view any architectural requests you may have, and more.

Make Your Payment: For your convenience we offer several options for paying your homeowner dues. Check out this area of the site to find out what your options are.

Calendar: Find out instantly what's happening in the community with your online community calendar. Whether it's the next board meeting or other special events, it will only take a moment to glance online at the calendar and find out what's going on.

Management Office: This online tool will provide you with more convenience and an office that never closes. You can fill out Service Requests, Accounting Requests, and other common forms.

Documents: The Resource Center offers a secure, easy-to-organize, centralized location for important association documents such as CC&R's and bylaws, board and committee meeting minutes, newsletters, and more. Your association information is in one place, online and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to use the search capabilities to help you easily find exactly what you are looking for - no more paging through documents when its online and easy to find.

Community Directory: Need to call a neighbor? Use the searchable directory for contact information for homeowners who have opted in to share that information to the community. You can also voluntarily share information about yourself. Since the website is secured and password protected, only association members will have access to this information.

Email Notification: This service makes extensive use of email to extend the reach and timeliness of your community information. In other words, we'll use email to bring important information to you. If you haven't already signed up and wish to help save your association money by reducing the cost of printing and postage, go to the  "Documents Center", download a copy of the consent for email distribution form, print, complete, and send it to our office.

Website Registration


In order to successfully register your account on the website you will need to take the following steps:

     1. Click the "SIGN IN" button (located on the top right-hand corner.)

     2. FIRST TIME USER INSTRUCTIONS: Click the "Sign Up Today" link.

          a. Enter First Name of Homeowner

          b. Enter Last Name of Homeowner

          c. Enter your Palm Desert Resorter Address (please use this format:  XXXXX Drive or Circle)

          d. Enter the City

          e. Enter the Zip Code

     3. Create "Sign In Name" (suggest you use your email address)

     4. Create "Password" (minimum of 4 characters)

     5. Confirm "Password"

     6. Indicate the primary email address you wish to receive information

     7. Indicate how you would like to receive information**

          a. Email

          b. Mail

          c. Both (Email and Mail)

     8. TERMS OF SERVICE

          a. Click on "Agree"

** For those that have chosen electronic distribution of association information, please be aware that we must still have a copy of your completed and signed "Member Approval Form For Email Distribution of Documents" on file in our office. 
Please be sure to download the "Member Approval Form For Email Distribution of Documents" from the "Resource Center" and mail it in to our office.
